The O’Connor Family - The Right Fit

Before BCNS, our kids were home full-time, and we were anxious about leaving them for the first time. We toured a few other preschools, but nothing quite felt like the right fit. Then we attended the BCNS Open House. From the moment we met Krissy and rest of the staff, we knew this was the school for us.

The transition into preschool, something we had worried about, was made so easy by the thoughtful ways BCNS welcomed our daughter. The teachers came to visit our home before school started, helping her feel comfortable with familiar faces. At the summer camp, she was able to get to know the classrooms and teachers at a gentle pace. At our first school concert the spring before our daughter started at BCNS, the teachers already knew us by name; it was clear we were part of a community, not just a school.

Now, three years later, we can confidently say BCNS has exceeded every expectation we had. Every staff member is equally incredible - caring, creative, and deeply committed to the children. We now have two kids happily enrolled, and our youngest is already looking forward to joining in a few years.

Our child and our family have thrived at BCNS. Our kiddo’s teachers are so skilled and have such a clear understanding of child development. They have embraced him fully in a way that, as a parent, makes me feel so good about bringing him to school every day; this community really knows and appreciate my child!
